James, the owner, was wonderful to work with — always responsive and really made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Jaime, the office manager, was also fantastic — professional, helpful, and always so friendly whenever I had questions. George, who was my main contractor, did an amazing job. I LOVE my new bathroom!! He paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything was done right. My bathroom came out even better than I imagined! They did such a great job that I’ve already decided to have them remodel another bathroom for me. I truly want to thank you and your staff for being on time, being professional, knowledgeable, hard working, experienced and always communicating with me so I am not surprised on what is going on. You guys are amazing and your workers are incredible. I had Shawn come yesterday to hook my AC up and he did such an amazing job. Now it feels like heaven in my home thanks to Shawn lol. Today I had an amazing plumber come out he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told me exactly what I needed to be done I'm mad because I honestly forgot his name🤦🏽♀️(old age lol) but again, thank you guys sooooo much my family appreciates you and if I am ever again in need of any home services🧐 I'm definitely making sure my property manager uses you guys. They go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met. From the design plans all the way to the countertop installation has been a smooth process. I hired them about a year ago to do a job for me. I wanted to renovate my kitchen and bathroom. What a wonderful job they did!!!! Great pricing, fabulous customer service. James the owner was excellent !! He was so helpful to me and my family. My sales Representative Mike was spectacular !!! He gave me pricing within my budget helped me with every detail since this was my first time, very informative and very nice. The crew did an awesome job as well, super professional and I absolutely love the work they did. Everything came out better than expected. Their turnaround time was amazing. We used Taylor Maid when we renovated our bathroom. It wasn't a huge job but both Erica and Mike were professional, responsive and very pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend them!
We had a wonderful experience working with the folks at Taylor Maid to get my kitchen renovated and new flooring put in! They were very responsive over email and the crew was super respectful and got things done quickly. We LOVE our new kitchen - they let us know what to expect daily during the construction process. So far, so good. Meeting for estimates, measuring, ordering has all gone great up to this point. Great customer service. Mike and the team have been great to work with. Cabinets have been ordered. Flooring ordered and delivered within days. Very friendly staff.

Our experience with the crew at Taylor Maid Kitchen and Bath Design should be the standard for any business. James, Mike, and Erica are all so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and most of all, fair to their customers. Doing any large home renovation can be quite nervewracking, but the team made the entire process so easy and seamless. We had our kitchen completely redone, with new flooring installed throughout the first floor, in addition to adding recessed lighting. They are magicians who take your idea and make it a reality with such care and expertise. Their communication is also second to none. Have a question? You won’t have to wait long for a response. That type of service is so important, because as a customer it always made me feel like we were in good hands. The on-site crew for the project were also spectacular. George, Russell and Sean did an absolutely amazing job on our home. They treated it and us with courtesy, cleanliness and respect. No matter what we asked of the team, their answer was always the same: “No problem!” Overall, our experience with Taylor Maid was an incredibly positive one. Mike had said to us that it was their job to make sure that once their work was complete, we would not need to lift a finger and could enjoy our home — and he was absolutely right.
